Robert Falcone is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Born and raised in New York City on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Robert brings more than 34 years of hands-on New York City real estate experience spanning residential and commercial property development, management, leasing, and sales.
Before transitioning fully into brokerage, Robert worked extensively in residential and commercial property development and management, overseeing the acquisition, renovation, leasing, and sale of more than 14 Manhattan properties. His background also includes working closely with the NYC Department of Buildings, Landmarks Preservation Commission, Loft Board, and City Planning Commission, giving him a uniquely comprehensive understanding of New York real estate from both an operational and transactional perspective.
Throughout his career, Robert has rented hundreds of apartments and represented buyers, sellers, investors, and renters throughout Manhattan. Today, he specializes in Manhattan condos, co-ops, luxury residences, and investment properties, with particular expertise on the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, West Village, Greenwich Village, Flatiron, and Downtown neighborhoods.
